Industrial Processing (PRO) Series
The Industrial Processing (PRO) Series sorting equipment is designed for the typical minerals processing environment.
The simple and compact design mostly based on the freefall principle is efficient and reliable. The size range of 3mm to 300mm is covered by four models which can be equipped with COLOR, X-ray Transmission (XRT) and Near Infrared (NIR) technology.

PRO Secondary / Tertiary XRT
The Secondary and Tertiary XRT are innovation and progress in one. Based on high-resolution dual energy X-ray transmission image processing, the sorter use dry mechanical techniques to separate minerals and waste material according to specific atomic densities.

PRO Granulate COLOR
The PRO Granulate COLOR is especially designed for the upgrading of industrial minerals using state of the art color line detection with a resolution of up to 8000 pixels in 36 bit technology. By recognizing even the finest distinctions in color and brightness, ultimate precision is achieved in separating minerals from waste rock.

The PRO Primary COLOR marks a sorting system with a 36 bit line scan camera to automatically sort bulk solids according to colour. By recognising even the finest distinctions, ultimate precision is achieved in separating minerals from waste rock. The PRO Primary COLOR, designed for coarse material in size up to 250 mm, handles a maximum throughput of 300 t/h.
